We value your privacy. Unilexam International SL we do everything we can to ensure your personal data is safe with us. It is our policy not to collect any personal data without you knowing or being advised of it.

Your Rights as a User

You have the following rights in relation to us in accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 21 EU GDPR in respect of personal data relating to you:

  • right to data portability.

If you are of the opinion that a processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.

What we collect:

We collect personal data to answer to your request of information through the online contact form. For the correct processing enrolments and service reservations we use an online enrolment form. For online forms, we collect data such as: 

  • your e-mail address,
  • name,
  • telephone number,
  • nationality,
  • birthday date,
  • passport / ID Number must be stored to respond to your request.

We only use the personal data you enter for the purpose you have requested. We delete the data that accrues in this context after storage is no longer necessary. 

Photos

The use of photos and/or videos is based on the explicit consent of the person(s) with parental authority, or the person(s) concerned. The publication of selected image files in (print) publications of Unilexam as well as on their homepage/ Facebook account or similar is necessary for the public relations work of Unilexam and thus serves the legitimate interests of the participants. 

Duration of storage of personal data: Photographs and/or videos taken for the purposes of the public relations work of the Unilexam will be stored for an indefinite period of time subject to revocation of the consent of the person(s) concerned. 

Use of cookies
